Q: What is the difference between the standard and jumbo glow sticks?
A: They are similar except the jumbo light sticks are fatter by 5mm diameter. Because they are fatter, they contain more glow in the dark liquid and produce brighter and longer-lasting light.

Q: How long are your el wires ?
A: We proudly sell 4 feet long el wires (our competitors are only 2 feet). Also, we are one of the few online stores that carry aqua and purple el wires which are extremely popular at raves.

Q: Can I buy just a few glow in the dark necklaces instead of 50 pieces?
A: No. The reason is that glow necklaces must be packed in 2 foot long tubes or they will break during shipping.

Q: Do your battery powered lights come with batteries?
A: Yes! All of our battery powered product will ship with batteries, free of charge.

Q: I live in Los Angeles area. Can I pick up my order at your warehouse?
A: Yes, come by our warehouse during business hours, Monday thru Friday, 10am to 5:30pm. Our rave savvy staff will help you pick out the best toys for your next rave. Please call ahead to make sure the products are in stock.
