Earth Day Festival In Athens, Georgia On April 22, 2010

Happy Earth Day from all of us at RaveStuff.com. After you plant a tree this afternoon, in observance of this eco-friendly holiday, you should reward yourself by going out with your friends. With many events going on tonight, one event in particular caught my attention- the “New Earth Day Festival” at the New Earth Music Hall in Athens, Georgia! This three day event, starting today April 22, 2010 to April 24, 2010, is a great way to have fun and bring out all the DJs and bands that are as environmentally conscious as you and I are!
With so many DJs and bands like Eliot Lipp, Dubconcious, Toro y Moi, Wonky Kong, Murph from STS9, The Bridge, Party City, Pigs On The Wing, Lewis B, and many more, it’s sure to be a blast! And the best part is, to help promote “going green” at this event, the venue will be serving beverages in corn-made cups to reduce waste and helping out the local organic store by selling organic foods. Paying $40.00 for a three day pass to enjoy good music and help the environment isn’t bad way to spend your money! Also remember to take your LED Rave Lights to the festival , making sure to recycle your used batteries afterwards!
