New LED Products Light Up Disneylands Summer Night Sky In 2010

The Happiest Place in the World just keeps getting more magical! Ever since I was a little kid, I loved getting the glow necklaces at Disneyland. On a recent visit, however, I discovered that the single colored glow necklaces were NO MORE.
Instead, Disneyland has replaced their standard glow products with LED technology! That’s right – Disneyland now has LED lights in their necklaces, play swords, and even BALLOONS!
You’ve all seen the balloon within a balloon, right? There’s a blown up Mickey Mouse balloon inside of a clear, spherical balloon? Mickey now glows in bright neon colors – just like an LED glowstick.
The glow stands on Main Street no longer hold simple glow bracelets and necklaces – instead, each stand has LED light up swords, blinking Mickey Mouse ears, light up wands and LED light necklaces.
Will Disneyland ever become a Raveland? I mean, they DID begin a weekly dance party in the Tomorrowland Terrace…
We doubt it! Except on Raver Day at Disneyland, maybe. But it’s definitely fun to see the park embracing new glow technology!
